International robotics competitions, including but not limited to WRO and FTC, and educational programs organized and administered by FID INC.
The price is displayed on each event or program page (e.g., WRO Japan 2025 Official Osaka Qualifier: ¥3,600 per person, tax included).
Advance payment via credit card (Stripe).
Payment must be completed at the time of application for each event. Once your participation is approved, you will be eligible to attend the event on the scheduled date.
All payments made for tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed. Please carefully review all participation requirements before completing your payment. Exceptions may apply only in the event that the tournament is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies). In such cases, participants will be notified, and refund procedures will be initiated accordingly. If participants are selected by lottery due to the number of applications, those who are not selected will receive a full refund of the participation fee.
In principle, applications will be closed once the maximum number of participants has been reached. However, depending on the situation, a lottery may be conducted.
Although our services are intended for minors, all applications and payments must be made under the responsibility of the FIDAO-Membership group representative.
We take the security of our customers payment information seriously.
All credit and debit card payments on our website are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Card details entered by customers are transmitted securely via SSL encryption and directly handled by Stripe’s secure infrastructure. At no point do we (the merchant) store, process, or have access to full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our own servers.
Stripe is compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payment industry. Stripe supports 3D Secure 2 (3DS2) for identity verification during transactions, which adds an additional layer of fraud protection. All data transmitted during payment is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
We do not collect or store any card details on our systems. We rely entirely on Stripe’s secure payment platform to ensure the safety of sensitive payment information. Customers are encouraged to ensure they are accessing our payment page from a secure and trusted network.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when registering for our events or using our services.
When you register for a tournament or use our services, we may collect the following information: ・Full name ・Email address ・Phone number ・Discord account ・Name of your school or organization (e.g., employer) ・Payment information (processed securely via Stripe). We do not store or access your full credit card details. All payment transactions are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider.
We use the information collected for the following purposes: ・To manage your registration and participation in events ・To communicate important updates regarding the tournament ・To process payments via our payment processor (Stripe) ・To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. All sensitive payment data is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not store or handle card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only with trusted third-party service providers (such as Stripe) who are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it solely for providing services on our behalf.

To participate in any event organized and operated by our company, you are required to agree to the applicable Event Participation Terms. Please make sure to carefully read the relevant terms before applying for participation, and proceed with the application only if you agree to the conditions stated. By submitting your event application through the FIDAO Dashboard, you will be deemed to have agreed to the applicable Event Participation Terms.
